Full Time position - approximately 30 to 35 hours per week Facility Maintenance Technician's Purpose:
Support the upkeep, maintenance and repair of amusement equipment, attractions, and all facility environments within Cyber Quest at Red Hawk Casino in Placerville, CA! Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment that achieves quality guest entertainment, while supporting our company's goals and philosophy.
Facility Maintenance Technician Qualifications, Skills &
Experience:
You are a team player who; is self-motivated, understands how to prioritize, and can work in family-friendly atmosphere.
Can provide, learn, and perform methods of diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing or modifying mechanical, electrical or other equipment componentry that has deviated from proper functions.
Experience in trades, electrical, mechanical, technical or maintenance related fields.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office programs.
Technical/ Trade School degree or certifications is preferred.
High-School Diploma/ GED.
Must have a valid driver's license and/ or reliable transportation.
Must be able to complete and pass a background screening, including a drug screening.

Facility Maintenance Position's Core Job Duties:
Provide on-going maintenance to coin-operated/ debit card operated arcade amusement games, equipment and to the facility as needed.
Create a safe, clean and hazard-free environment.
Use the appropriate tools, multi-meters and other resources and methods to assess, provide repair, and perform preventative maintenance including but not limited to the following areas:
Arcade amusement style games and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical/ mechanical service issues.
Location technology, low voltage data network, and infrastructure.
Fixtures, furniture and other areas of our building and facilities.
Willingness to learn and maintain business established accounting practices.
Execute reports and logs summarizing business performance on a scheduled basis.
Maintain inventory of supplies, parts, tools, and all other assigned business resources.
Maintain an inventory of merchandise along with learning retail displaying strategies keeping games attractive for our guest experience.
Complete requested work order repairs and requests.
Additional Responsibilities of the Role Include:
Always Following and promoting safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and keep all tools, equipment and supplies out of reach of facility guests.
Build new equipment as it arrives to the facility and help with equipment relocation periodically.
Support the front-end operations of the business and learn the best practices of guest service standards, sales transactions, and other business standards.
Demonstrate effective communication skills, engaging with company team members, our guests, and our host property representatives.
Maintain quality relationships with all business vendors, partners, and contacts.
Represent Kids Quest professionally at all times when working in the business and around the host property/ casino.
Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple company locations.
Attend facility meetings, networking, and development events as scheduled.
Other Requirements for the Facility Maintenance Position:
Comfort working in an environment with families and children.
Be able to work a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
With reasonable accommodation, be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Can climb a ladder or work at an elevated height.
Able to move around our facilities and be able to stand for extend periods of time, crouch, reach and bend to complete position related tasks.
Can read instructional manuals and write notes, reports and summaries.
Able to work within a facility with elevated decibel levels and noise.
